“The food was good as it always is and that's why I go to Olive Garden it doesn't disappoint. Kelsy was our server and she was exceptional . Can't say enough good things about her. Very professional yet quick and wittyMade a good meal great.“

“Okawa Steak House & Sushi definitely has that hibachi-style appeal where it’s not just the food, it’s the whole experience—flames, knife tricks, the chef putting on a show while everyone’s eating together. Those places hit different when you’ve got family and staff at the table; it turns dinner into an actual event instead of just a meal.
Bend doesn’t have a ton of true hibachi-style spots, so when one delivers on food and entertainment, it tends to become the default like you described.“

“I had the Hot & Sour soup and the Beef Chow Fun.
The Hot & Sour soup is weird. They clearly put Giardiniera in it (which is a pickled Italian vegetable blend). Strangely, the soup was sweet. Which was not what I was expecting from and Hot & SOUR soup. As far as soups go, it was pretty good. As far as Hot & Sour soup, it was a pretty poor experience.
The Beef Chow Fun was good. The flavor was excellent and the beef was tender. It had generous amounts of beef, so you aren't getting just a bunch of noodles and been sprouts/onions. My only gripe was that they seemed to just cut the beef in random sizes. Normally this isn't a problem but when you're using a wok (which is what it seems to be that they're using) it means that the smaller thinner pieces are way overcooked and the large pieces are cooked just right. It'd be nice if they sliced things in consistent pieces to avoid dried out small pieces.
All in all I'm coming back to try their other dishes. Considering the lack of good Chinese food places in the general area, I'd rate this one 4 out of 5.“

“Today we took our friends to Croutons for lunch. They had never been to the restaurant. My husband and I have eaten there frequently. Consistently good food and service until today. We ordered a large cobb salad to share and a baguette from the counter clerk, Sophia. Our friends said to Sophia “we will have the same.” When our meals were served by Sophia, we got our salad and baguette. Our friends got only the salad. When the wife asked Sofia about the baguette, she was rude and replied “ you didn’t order it and pay for it.” My friend said “yes I did, I ordered the exact same thing.”
And she left us. 😳My friend decided to speak to the manager, turns out to be the team leader named Eddie who was the epitome of customer service!! She brought my friend a complimentary baguette and apologized profusely for Sofia’s attitude. Note to the owner of Croutons: Sofia is in dire need of customer service training!“
