While at Crux we wanted a quick bite to eat and were not disappointed! They served up excellent Mexican food with big portions. Really hit the spot and was way better than I expected to be
Every taco was fantastic (barbacoa, mushroom, cheese and chili), the salsa was excellent.The star of the show was the barbacoa. It was one of the best tacos I've ever had, and i consider myself a taco connoisseur. If you try one thing, just try the barbacoa. The chicken taco was excellent too, but i didn't order it for myself, i just had some of the chicken.Vegetarian options: Vegan option (mushroom taco) was super good, even better with the lime squeezed on it, the veggie option...read full review

El Sancho catered my daughters wedding at Eagle crest!!They did it perfectly!!Condiments, salads,etc. were self serve. The tacos, with 5 or 6 choices of meat or vegan, were quickly made to individual order and the 100 some guests quickly served with wonderful, hot tacos. No matter what you asked, you quickly got.
