“"The Best" is, indeed, the best! A delightful twist on the classic cheese pizza, adding roasted garlic and fresh basil adds just enough herbal flavor to draw out all the subtle flavors in the sauce. While I'm not normally a fan of the extremely-thin-and-crispy crust, there's enough flavor in the dough that the dramatic texture doesn't distract from the experience. The pizza is prepared quickly, and the service is extremely quick and pleasant. I'll be coming back, given any opportunity, and you should as well.“
“El Sancho catered my daughters wedding at Eagle crest!!They did it perfectly!!Condiments, salads,etc. were self serve. The tacos, with 5 or 6 choices of meat or vegan, were quickly made to individual order and the 100 some guests quickly served with wonderful, hot tacos. No matter what you asked, you quickly got. Hot, tasty, They even had Chorizo! Meat of the Gods! ChorizoBy rule, you weren't allowed within 50' of the bride and her beautiful white dress! Seconds. No Problem Thirds. No Problem Great job!
