Another great meal at Hola's -this time at the downtown Bend restaurant. Went there with some friends who were visiting from out of town. Started off with some beverages, chips and two different sauces – green sauce is my favorite! They've got a variety of selections from Peruvian dishes and some classics too. I ate here twice on a recent visit to Bend, once for lunch and once for dinner. Lunch was the tortilla soup; I wanted something light but warm, and this fit the bill perfectly. For dinner, I had the Chile Relleno with tuna. I was skeptical of the fish and cheese combination but the bartender recommended it, and I was glad he did. It was one of the only places open after 9pm! OMGHad a nice mushroom quesadilla with chicken. My husband had the chicken soup and loved it. I had a nice IPA ? on tap (forgot which one the have). Great service and good food.
