First thing I noticed was that 90% of the customers were Mexican laborers having lunch. That tells me it is probably authentic. I ordered a taco and burrito. Either one would have been enough. They were not the skinny little things you get at most Bend food carts.
What do you get when you mix a McDonalds style fast food building with Mexican food? This place!Food is excellent, probably some of the best authentic Mexican food i have had in the PNW. I am docking them a star because they have plastic forks and knives for dine in customers, which make it very hard to eat a platter style meal here. I believe they have a drive through so that problem disappears at home.

They opens every single day. Their tacos are twice the size of that from other places, for example, sf Bay Area. I gave food 4 stars only because the style of their tortilla is not the style I like, kind of tender.
