Best food... hands down. Finally, Bend Oregon is graced with authentic cuisine from Mexico, Tablas is the real deal! You will be treated like family with their amazing service and experience the passion of the food perfect every time!
Favorite taco truck in town by a large margin. Tacos, California Burrito, quesadillas - all great. Al Pastor is my favorite. Everything is always hot and fresh, staff is super nice. Hope they're around for a long time.

We visited Tablas while attending a Silver Moon Brewery event. Great menu and we had carnita tacos. The tacos were a little dry but next time we go, we’ll ask for sauce. Great service and will return very soon! It’s located outside of Silver Moon so you can eat outside near the fire pit or inside the brewery.Parking: Parking lot at Silver Moon Brewery or street parking.
