Great Food, great service, greater atmosphere! People are very friendly here as I was just passing through to get fuel in my truck and some food to go. I walked in, realized that it was a sit down restaurant and decided to stay. I met Brian and his wife; we talked briefly about his janitorial business and his sons, who worked with him. Fun times and a big change from my normal routine.

I had stomach issues after eating there. Not good poisoning, but it made me mildly sick to my stomach.
Also made my friend sick.
They also had FOX News playing loudly. I don't want to be inundated with someone's loud political views when I am taking a break from the road and eating lunch.

May not be the fastest, but the food is definitely worth it. Atmosphere was relaxed, our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered patty melts, which were actually made correctly pleasant surprise considering how often places get them wrong.

Food is good and tasty. Nothing crazy. Service was spectacular. He was very kind and when my order came out wrong, he immediately realized and went back to correct it without me saying anything.
My girlfriend had grilled cheese and soup for $11, mine was a Gordy’s sandwich with ham, turkey, and bacon with fries for $16.50

We visited this restaurant twice when we were in Lapine, Oregon. First time, we would rate the waitress, Erica, and the cook, 5 stars plus. The second time eating at Gordy's, it was the worst meal ever. The food was cold, and the service was extremely poor. Had to ask the waitress to turn down the awful music.
