My husband and I are moving from the Bay Area to Washington. After seeing the great reviews this place had, we decided to stop by and give it a try. This money hungry manager wanted to charge us $39 for two burritos with not even a drink included in that price. I coke from San Jose were we could easily get a burrito for $7 each. They asked my husband for $25, came back and said it was actually $29, my husband paid the $29, and he still came back for more now telling us it was actually $39. At that point my husband asked for our money back as we did not have that money to spend on TWO burritos, we could have just driven a couple more minutes to Cinco de Mayo restaurant and would have paid that same amount for FOUR plates of food. Not to mention that when we went in there my husband and I had asked for completely different food options that they claimed not to have, so we HAD to choose the only thing that they did have. The owner, I assume, got very close to us and started yelling and being aggressive, at which point my husband and I just had to call the deputy as I'm pregnant and in a completely unknown state, we were very concerned for our safety at that point. When the deputy came he talked to the manager and the manager said they couldn't do a refund at this time, meaning they couldn't give us back the money my husband had just given them cash. It's completely outrageous, dishonorable, and unprofessional. Not to mention that when we walked in they were sitting down eating and didn't take the energy to even great us, he just pointed to the menus and then to a booth. HORRIBLE service would not recommend to anyone.

Delicious food, kind and attentive service! We had the sopitos and fajitas and they were both great. The waitress let me practice my Spanish with her ?

They were friendly. But we order a carne asada burrito and a carne asada plate. Burrito meat tasted old and even compared it it to the plate. We tried to let them know but they said the burrito had fresh chopped meat. Hard to believe when we did a taste comparison. It was more for helpful notice so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. I told them to try it but they didn’t want to. The rice was hard and the beans were watery. Hope they can fix it.

Very well kept and convenient spot. They offer large portions and for economical prices. We enjoyed the menu very much and the staff were very friendly and chatty. Highly recommended.

Bland, way over-salted meal with overcooked veggies served by a gnarly owner with his mask down below his nose. The owner became angry when I asked why our bill was higher than the price on the menu. He said “for takeout, salsa” .I mentioned that it didn’t state extra charges for takeout on the menu.He said, “you want it or no!?”Wow.

Food was really good, not your standard Mexican fare. Margaritas were awesome. Huge miscommunications when ordering though and some food was cold after a very long wait.
On the road gem. Supper nice guys and very fast. Food tastes legitimate and delicious! A little more speedy then the menu online so it needs an update. But if I lived nearby I’d definitely come back!

This place has very good food. Plates are massive. Got the 2 item combo. Chose chili relino and chicken enchilada. Wife got the chii relino and tamale so that way we could split the enchilada and tamale . Tamale was incredible. Light and flavorful. Enchilada also very good. Chili relino nice and light with exceptional pepper flavor. They are open. Come get some killer food in La Pine.
