The wait time for even the simplest of orders is out of control. Waited 27 minutes for a small order there was 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 people with me inside waiting there was no excuse for the long wait time for the simplest of orders. Fast food is supposed to be that, fast food if I wanted a long wait I'd go to an actual nice restaurant where the wait is excused.

Customer service is very poor from the person in charge. She doesn't like her job or the customer, it seems. No amount of good food can out way the experience of mistreatment. Upper management needs to do a better job of finding the right people. Don't tell me there aren't any good people to hire, thats a lame excuse. Do your do diligence and your reviews will go up appropriately.

They take far too long. This is supposed to be a FAST FOOD restaurant. The one in Bend takes half as long as they do here. They need to do better.

Slow service thru the drive thru. Food was edible but nothing exceptional. Service was hand the bag out, no hi, how you doing, just stuck the arm out the window with no thank you come again. It’s McDonald’s don’t get your expectations up! Especially one in a seedy Shell station
