This is my second stop here in the last 3 months while going through town. The service is not good. Employees seem completely disconnected. Only half the vegetables available. No drinks in to go cooler, and no cheese sauce available for my spicy chicken nacho. This has to be the worst Subway I've been to and I have been to tons across multiple states. Management needs to get their shop and staff in order!

The meat on the Sandwiches was cold even after being toasted. They had no onions... the sandwich was advertised on the board as having onions. (Seems like false advertising) Would have been nice if they told you ahead of time they are out of what is considered a staple for sandwich toppings. Employees didn't seem to care. They just wanted us out of there. We were there at 7:15 pm and they didn't close until 9. They had half the chairs stacked on tables. Does not feel welcoming. Would not go back or recommend this place. 2nd time we have had Sandwiches that were not hot even after asking them to double toast em.

For a store to benefit from corporate advertising the refuse to accept corporate discounts or specials is really wrong! Half the time they dont even have all ingredients to build half the sandwiches. Might as well change the name and shrink the menu. I wouldnt recommend to anyone!

2 hours for a online order watched at least 6 people go in front of me after I waited in line and told her I was there to pickup my order . Her response was cancel your order . Finally after two hours received an incomplete order and they refused to give me a refund for the missing items and told me to go to the subway website and ask somebody there . This is the 2nd review or complaint ive ever left in nearly 50 years of life and I feel bad for doing it but damn where has the training and common sense gone.

Stood there for about an hour. 5 customers in front of us. Manager was screaming through the restaurant about how bad she had to pee. My wife’s sandwich was made promptly. I ordered the meatball sandwich, although, they were making an entirely different sandwich for me.

Manager still screaming about how she’s going to take it out on all the customers if she doesn’t go pee. Kid preparing my sandwich went to the back to blow his nose, gloves on, didn’t change gloves, didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to make me the wrong sandwich again. Then when I got the right sandwich prepared, already at register we told the cashier we needed our other sandwich. The screaming manager heard us and grabbed the sandwich and slammed it on the cutting board. Still screaming.

We were going to dine in but there’s no way we wanted to sit there while this lady continued to scream. The only employee there that was doing their job efficiently and clean was the cashier, it was her second day.

I live here in town, I’ll likely drive to sunriver location, next time I’m craving subway. It was the weirdest hour I have spent in a subway, my entire life. As someone that worked in the food industry for 20+ years, I usually brush things off and understand how stressful things can get. This was over the top terrible.

Placed a pick up order with almost 3 hours advanced order. 2 foot long, 2 six inch, foot long cookie, chips, drink. They forgot one of the foot longs completely and the foot long cookie so we had to go back in. There were 3 employees and 2 of them were fighting about how it sucks to close with the other because they are slow and takes too long to do his job and he doesn’t want to be there all night again. Got home and the other foot long was missing almost all the toppings. I ordered lettuce, extra onions, bell pepper, extra olives, extra banana peppers, extra mayo, extra mustard. Instead I got no mustard, no bell pepper, no olives, 1 slice of onion that probably fell in, exactly 2 banana peppers, and if there was mayo it was so little that I couldn’t taste it or see it. My sandwich just tasted salty and plain. I came here with my kids last week and it was a girl and a taller guy who sounded new and our food was very good and service was friendly. This is the 3rd time of gone to this location and only the time last week was any good so I probably won’t go back. The bread was very soft and good, however.

Most visits are good, but last visit was horrible. There were 3 young men working. When I walked in door, 2 of the 3 rushed out of the restroom area toward the back room when they saw me come in. The 3rd employee was assisting a family up front. Finally a 2nd employee came out of back to assist me. He appeared completely out of it. Eyes half shut, zero facial expression, barely made eye contact. I thought about walking out and going elsewhere, but gave him the benefit of doubt. WRONG!!I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 footlong, 1 half. He never acknowledged. He made both sandwiches footlongs. I just let it go. He barely put meat in either one. Once toasted, he placed on counter, then went to cash out the customers ahead of me, which took an excessive amount of time due to special requests from them. Im not sure why the employee originally helping them didnt complete the task himself. Anyway, I stood waiting for the extras such as lettuce, tomatoes, etc. for at least 5 full minutes while both employees helped them. Finally the employee who initially helped the family came to finish my sandwiches. Needless to say, sandwiches were cold by the time I got home, not to mention most of the sandwiches were filled with extras, barely any meat. Not sure what the 3rd employee was doing, as I never saw him again.I have never encountered such a disasterous visit before and will think twice before visiting again. I know everyone is having a hard time getting and keeping employees, but management really need to pay attention to what employees are doing to their business. A few good employees are better than 10 who are destroying the businesses reputation. Just my opinion...
