These kiosks are awful. They really need to do away with that because I can’t come here if I have to use that thing. It already takes forever and then they expect 20 people to use two screens to order for themselves. Screens are always really dirty as is the rest of the building. Kinda hard to eat in here because the tables are always dirty. Food usually comes out pretty good

Exceeded my expectations. All of the food was fresh and piping hot, order was exactly right and super quick too. The gals working there today should go to the Bend locations to train their teams, they are DIALED, this is forsure the best Taco Bell in Central Oregon. We will be making the journey down from Bend next time we want some GOOD chalupas. Wonderful experience ❤️

This is the second time that I have been handed food without any meat on it, i ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it didn't have any beef. It almost seemed to be on purpose because instead of meat there was just a very large amount of nacho cheese. Disgusting.

Ordered online tonight in the car on the way. Checked in the drive thru. Few minutes later our order was ready. Drove back to Three Rivers ate our tacos and burritos. Tacos were perfect. Everything was delicious.

Ordered extra beef in my Crunchwrap and a few bites in, realized there was no extra beef, so went to the counter and the girl told me she asked her manager and the manager said she added extra beef. No. There wasn’t. So arguing with a guest over beef. Very unhappy. Serially bad service especially considering I aid for extra. Not pleased with the food or management.
This Taco Bell is a solid choice. The food is good, service is consistent, and the atmosphere is comfortable. While not quite perfect, it’s dependable and delivers what you’d expect from Taco Bell. Overall, a reliable spot that earns four stars across the board.

Didn’t get what I ordered, I called was told to come back and they would remake the order. When I arrived they asked what was wrong with my order and only remade their mistakes after telling me that they would remake the whole order. No apology no consideration for having to come back to the store. Lousy customer service/ management Sure was nice that you didn't make the food since some was spicy and some was not really enjoyed playing the guessing game with everyone's food, lazy and incompetent, inconsiderate.
