“We stayed overnight in McMinnville prior to a visit to the Evergreen Air and Space Museum. In need of coffee, we found Flag & Wire. I believe it was the best coffee I have ever tasted. Very smooth and delicious. My partner agreed that it was excellent coffee. We splurged and chose two pastries from their tiny pastry case - a marionberry danish and an apple-bourbon handpie. Both were excellent with delightful laminated pastry. We'll be back tomorrow morning!“

Coffee was excellent and service was fast and friendly. Cute little trinkets to look at and purchase and lots of seating throughout to find a nook. I liked the large amount of cheese on the burrito. I wish it would have come with some salsa because the potatoes were a little dry by 9:30 am. The cinnamon roll icing and filling were great and I liked the to-go style packaging.“
