Several times now I have placed an online order for pickup in 45 min or so, and then I get a text 10 minutes later that it is ready. I ask for chopsticks only, and they include wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce (all of which I throw away). They don't have their act together as a restaurant.

was very disappointed with my experience at Bamboo on New Year’s Eve. We had a hectic day and placed a to-go order well in advance for a 6:15 pm pickup. When I arrived on time, I was informed that my order would be at least 30 minutes late, with no prior communication or heads-up.
I was on a tight schedule trying to make our New Year’s Eve plans, so the delay was especially frustrating. I asked to speak with a manager about possible compensation and was told someone would come speak to me, but no one ever did. There was no apology or attempt to address the situation.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering takeout from Bamboo on busy nights. It was clear that takeout orders were not being prioritized, and many other customers were also waiting. New Year’s Eve is a predictable, high-volume night, and better planning and communication could have prevented this situation.

The crisy garlic tofu is what dreams are made of. I love it so much that I ate it twice in just two days. The girl that served us was lovely and kind. I highly recommend their edamame and dragon roll too.
Eva at the front was incredible helping answer some dietary questions we had over the phone!! 10 out of 10 service. She even helped us out with our order since the online ordering system was giving us troubles.
