Basically my girlfriend wanted something w chocolate and so did I, so I go by myself and ask for two different sundaes. First of all upon entering one girl is doing a great job at the cash register but the other girl with glasses comes from the back with her phone and takes like 5 minutes to plug it into a charger behind the front counter then greets me and I tell her I want the brownie and the layer Oreo sundaes. A couple mins later she says she’s out of hot fudge. I’m playfully like that’s the best part she says ok it will take 5 minutes I’m like no it’s fine chocolate syrup is fine bc I was thinking itd be quicker anyways. So she goes and makes the hot fudge.
It took longer than 5 minutes and I know for a fact I didn’t ask for extra, but she put so much fudge into both sundaes I didn’t have more than one bite of either and my girlfriend was also unhappy and did not want any of it either. I think there was more fudge than ice cream. A waste of $20. I ended up going to Shells for a $3 pint that tastes amazing. I will never go back.

Been here a few times recently, and they never disappoint. Very nice and helpful gals behind the counter always know the answers to any questions and strive to help. One of the times we went on a hot day they ran out of milk for milkshakes and I felt bad because everyone was coming in to get them and she had to turn them away.Overall though, the experience is always good here.

I found this place after searching “desert near me” because I wanted to see if the Sahara desert was a close drive. Google displayed this place as a search result and I was surprised because I normally wouldn’t typically associate Baskin Robbins as a desert. There wasn’t much sand here and I didn’t notice any camels and it was a bit cold so at first I was upset but I heard a Ted Talk about how our initial reactions are often wrong so it became clear to me that Baskin Robins was INDEED a desert! I cannot believe that people complain about deserts being dry and lacking water because there was a sink with water in this desert (in MY opinion!).

Delicious birthday cake for my 11 years old son
Had to stop in for a quick treat!
Paid for a large cookies and cream milkshake. Received at least four ounces less than full. Tasted it and it was mixed with a pecan flavor as well. Poor quality on multiple fronts. Avoid.

Great selection of Ice Cream and cones. Friendly service and great hours as well. Usually not super crowded, and if it is the crowds dissipate quickly. We recently purchased an ice cream cake from here, it wasn't the best ice cream cake we've ever purchased from a place but it was decent enough, they had a good selection of designs and they were able to get it done quickly. We would have zero issues coming here again.
Cold ice cream. Lake Oswego customers are typical WASP's but the staff was friendly enough.

Nice place for a quick bite of ice cream.
Always a decent spot for iced cream. I enjoy the various flavors.

Baskin-Robbins never disappoints! So good I forgot to take a picture of my ice cream before I ate it all. Super welcoming and polite staff who gave me iced water on a super hot day. Lots of outdoor seating and ice cream flavors to choose from. Super speedy service as well. Highly recommend this location!
I absolutely love chocolate fudge ice cream from Baskin-Robbins and every other location that I've been to around my area has been fine. I literally walked out of the store and into my car to eat my ice cream and it was very soft - almost like soft serve. Not the best Baskin-Robbins location.
