Biscuits Cafe offers the BEST basic, reasonably priced breakfast in Lake Oswego. The staff is amazing - friendly, efficient, and professional. The food is solid, with great bread and actual jam. However, the atmosphere is lacking as the place feels old and not very clean. Despite this, the food is very good with generous portions, making it a must-visit breakfast spot.
