Biscuits Cafe offers the BEST basic, reasonably priced breakfast in Lake Oswego. The staff is amazing - friendly, efficient, and professional. The food is solid, with great bread and actual jam. This location has everything positive about the brand plus a vibe that puts a smile on your face. The food is very good with generous portions, making it a must-visit breakfast spot. The French toast is very good with the whipped cream and strawberries on top. The bacon, though, can be thin and cold, but the eggs are cooked properly. The place is fairly easy to get around for those in wheelchairs.
