Tofu was so overcooked it was like a dry sponge. Awful. I didn't think you could get tofu this dry unles i fried it 4 times. Terrible waste of money. Even chipotle was better. Thanks for not caring about vegans. What a joke

Be very careful when ordering from here. They love forgetting ingridients or side items. It happens so often I have reason to believe it's intentional.

Definitely recommend ordering online here if you are doing takeout. Every time I call they answer and say " please hold for 5-10 minutes or order online" and then put you on hold. So ordering takeout isn't much of an option. Other than that food is great, just not great service.

Absolutely terrible ordered from here for the first time on doordash. everything I asked to be removed wasnt removed for a 16 dollar bowl I atleast expect the order to be correct. way to expensive for them to get the order wrong and it wasnt even that good I wont be ordering here ever again

Great restaurant and food. I was a regular customer since 2023 but I have to call them out for racism. Unfortunately they don’t take cash greater than $20. I was okay with that until I asked for their manager’s contact information to voice my concern, they won’t even provide it. They assumed I was presenting fake money because I’m a person of color. Terrible services. You’d never expect to be treated so horribly until you run into problems that require you to interact with their inherently racist staff.

I ordered online for convenience. My pick up was never updated. I estimated that by the 30 mins that had elapsed with no status update that my food was ready it was time to go pick it up. I assumed it was busy and that was the reason for no status update. Wrong, the location was not slammed, there seemed to be enough staff???? It’s a good thing these bowls are still good cold my order was cold when I picked it up. This location is odd, LOTS of turnover in staff HUGE ?. To me that is indicative a franchise issue or a management issue, not a staff issue. I will NEVER assume staff is the problem especially when a location has constant shortages and turn over. The 2nd star I gave for this review was grace for the staff doing the best they could. I see a few one star ratings for this location and know i understand why. Do better.
