We decided to try this Chipotle due to having issues with fat and gristle on meat.Well apparently it's all Chipotles, in the little amount of chicken I had in my bowl, I have several pieces of gristle. In my fiancé's bowl he requested 1/2 steak 1/2 barbacoa. He also recieved a very small portion with two huge pieces of fat. (See picture).Extremely unhappy with Chipotle(s) lately.

Always out of ingredients. Pick ups and delivery orders never ever correct. Ordered twice and didn’t receive my queso or guac I paid over 30.00 for. This place is an actual joke.

I placed and order for pick up on the app and someone else took my bag from the shelf, the staff remade my food for me in record time. Thank you so much!Parking: Parking is always packed because of the Lake Oswego Grill. There is a lot of 30 minute parking spots.

Pretty poor experience. Don’t waste your time. Probably the Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m not usually one of those “Karen’s” to leave reviews but I just got legit 5 pieces of chicken from the gentlemen working. For the price and the lack of food you get, this place just keeps getting worse and worse.

50% chance of getting decent food at this location. they overwork the young employees while ive seen an older adult female employee staring, visibly being unhelpful from the back room, sweeping the floor or whatever else and not help the line and when she has helped, shes been rude. good luck!

How has nobody died eating here?My wife and I left after watching the staff handle cash, carry dirty dishes and then proceed to finger the cheese and wrap multiple burritos- all without changing their gloves. The others were eating with their gloves on. Gross. Owner better get their house in order.
