Poorly managed if this is how the employees are being trained. Always out of food, often can’t prepare food properly, poor attitude. Always messing up your order and zero effort to make it right.
The only downside to this location is the parking lot - it is crazy in there. The food is hot, very rarely will they wrongly make your online order, and portion size is good.
The food is good. The grilled chicken is delicious. The acoustics are bad and it's always loud.
