Hop & Cork has a solid beer selection and decent atmosphere, but the food can be hit-or-miss—and unfortunately, our recent visit leaned more toward the miss.
We came in for the Friday end-of-month special: a rack of ribs. Sadly, they were completely inedible—tough, dry, and lacking any real flavor. Fortunately, we also ordered the brisket sandwich, which we’ve had before. It was good, just like past visits, but not something I’d go out of my way to get. The food overall feels more like filler than a feature.
That said, the beer selection is excellent. They have a great variety of taps and keep the list interesting, so if you’re into craft beer, it’s definitely worth stopping by for a pint or two. Pair that with a snack or something safer on the menu, and you’ll probably have a decent time.
The atmosphere sits somewhere in the middle. It has a fun energy, but it’s really loud and echoey, which makes conversation a challenge unless you’re ready to raise your voice. Not the best spot for a relaxed chat or date night.
One plus—when we let the server know about the ribs, they were taken off the bill without hesitation, so props for solid customer service.
Overall: Great for beer, decent for a casual bite, but the food doesn’t hold up enough to make this a go-to dining spot.

Nice business with great selection of regional beers, wines, and other beverages on tap. Be warned that the kitchen closes about 90 minutes before the pub itself closes so don't plan on having food available if you stop by in the evenings. Lively atmosphere and nice place to visit.

I come here on trivia nights. The service is the best!! I'll admit the food is surprisingly good. Especially for a pub. The menu is creative and accommodating. There's always a good and fun group of patrons. Excellent place to come for a casual good time.

Talk about a hidden gem. Its unassuming exterior means we’ve driven past many times, but had the perfect opportunity to stop today and enjoy drinks (wonderful tap list and seasonal batch cocktails), and the food. The adult grilled cheese was perfection and the pretzel was solid (add the cheese sauce!).
Back patio is quiet and creates a nice spot to work remotely with a beer. All bartenders and servers kind and helpful. Would be a great low key post-work happy hour spot, too.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian items on the menu, including an impossible burger if that’s your jam
Parking: Ample parking in front and behind the building
