Hop & Cork has a solid beer selection and decent atmosphere, but the food can be hit-or-miss—and unfortunately, our recent visit leaned more toward the miss.

We came in for the Friday end-of-month special: a rack of ribs. Sadly, they were completely inedible—tough, dry, and lacking any real flavor. Fortunately, we also ordered the brisket sandwich, which we’ve had before. It was good, just like past visits, but not something I’d go out of my way...

Nice business with great selection of regional beers, wines, and other beverages on tap. Be warned that the kitchen closes about 90 minutes before the pub itself closes so don't plan on having food available if you stop by in the evenings. Lively atmosphere and nice place to visit.

I come here on trivia nights. The service is the best!! I'll admit the food is surprisingly good. Especially for a pub. The menu is creative and accommodating. There's always a good and fun group of patrons. Excellent place to come for a casual good time.
