I sent one of my employees here to pick up a mobile order. Instead of giving my staff the order or reaching out to me to confirm it was okay to hand over food they interrogated him about not have a confirmation number and not looking like the person named on the order. I supplied my staff with the order number once requested but customer service leaves much to be desired. They should have reached out to the number provided on the order if uncertain.

Went this afternoon to get a quick bite to eat at Panda Express #1689- Owen greeted us with a smile and asked if we'd like to sample any of what they had! He was able to answer all our questions about the different chicken and beef selections. He offered us a sample of the different lemonades and teas. It was overall a wonderful dining experience! Thanks, Owen!! Excellent customer service! I had the Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice, which tasted so good and hit the spot!...

Great service and staff are very friendly. They are a few but quick at their job. I door dashed for them and stopped in for lunch. I was treated well and the cashier and the lady who helped me were very kind. Awesome job to the team!
