These guys used to be good but they’re screwing up my order like 50% of the time now. E.g. just completely forgetting to make a drink (but still making the sandwich), and not really being apologetic about it.
Jennifer with the glasses and long dark hair on the drive-through was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond. I asked for a sneeze of a pup cup for my tiny angle and she did just that and put it on a lid to make it more accessible. Bravo. Mission accomplished. No one else has ever been so clever.
This Starbucks is one of the most inviting I have been to. It is clean and well kept. My mocha was most excellent—just enough chocolate and coffee combined to make it totally delicious. The staff here is the most friendly, outgoing, and helpful that I have experienced. Obviously, the management team has done an excellent job in hiring and training their staff. I strongly recommend this location.
