I'd really like to give this place 5 stars, however, they need to read their customers better. Some of us don't want to talk. We're either tired, busy, or introverts and we really don't want to answer what doing or what we've done today. It's incessant here. My spouse and I literally fight about who HAS to go in because neither of us want to field the questions! While the great customer service is very much appreciated, and lacking in so many businesses these days, is there some kind of happy medium?? It is clearly a business model. Please read those of us who just want to get in and get out with simple pleasantries!

this company is exceptional! I want to give a big shout out to Gabriela who contacted me after I received my meals via delivery to check in and make sure everything went well. What can I say, the food is amazing, the shopping experience was easy and quick and the fact that they deliver is the cherry on top of the sundae :-) I am visually impaired so the fact that they deliver really helped my husband and myself. Thank you for being a company that stands behind your product and cares about customer service :-)

I came to myfitfoods for the first time . I was blown away by the customer service . Will ( I believe that’s his name ) gave me the best customer service I’ve received in a while . He explained everything well to me , gave me a lot of recommendations and the food is 10/10. We need more places like this. I highly recommend coming and just giving it a shot !.

Wyatt was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service! It was my first time ordering, and he took the time to explain how I could get 40% off my first order and also helped me grab multiple meals from the fridge when my hands were full with a attitude that Made me feel comfortable asking for help. With his help, I felt really confident in the quality of what I was purchasing. So far, the dishes have been great and very filling! I’m so excited to have found a food delivery company with genuine customer service. This is definitely my new go-to spot!

Wow. This place has a fantastic variety of foods with the macros and calories for each displayed. Very fitness focused, healthy meals prepared and ready to heat. The staff were friendly and informative. I had the Hawaiian beef- it was AMAZING.
