Amazing food and even better hospitality. My friends and I came in for lunch after playing on the dunes and were greeted with the smell of fresh donuts and a friendly hello from the owners as we entered the restaurant. I had the tri-tip sandwich with onion rings and an order of maple donuts. So we sat and ate our delicious food while visiting with the owners. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and friendship. I will definitely be back any time I’m near lakeside.
We have eaten here twice. Both times the food was SO delicious. The owners bent over backwards to accommodate my food allergies, which is beyond greatly appreciated. I think my favorite was the Friday night tri-tip sandwich. I can't wait until I can go get another one. This is a tiny Cafe with a limited menu. I didn't even know they were there until last week. So worth going. They close at 6pm just FYI.

You can definitely tell this a mom and pop kinda restaurant in an older building. However, they make up for in hospitality, friendliness, and kindness. And the food is absolutely amazing. These are some of the best beer battered fries I've ever had. They're also very accommodating, even allowing me to put in my order on the phone. Great place to eat lunch. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
