Young man behind the counter was very rude. Just threw food back to their containers. Extremely hard to understand. Didn't have meat cut up for salads.

Came in at 11:20am 3/31/24 and the male worker was extremely bothered that we were there. Did not feel safe immediately. Most of their food items were missing too. We were only polite and the worker FLIPPED US OFF!!! Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to and I can’t believe this just happened to us. Do not come here!!!

Employee had ear buds in talking to someone in a foreign language was talking to this person while I was trying to place my order. He was throwing the knife and meats back into the containers. Rudely pointed at cheeses for us to respond instead of asking. Got our sandwiches out of toaster and looked at us…still talking on the phone…..I ask which he wanted to do first ..he replied both with an angry rude tone. My husband had enough and we left the store…. Will never go to Lake View Oregon store again. Rudest person we have ever dealt with as far as customer service. We’ve never walked out with food half prepared… that is how bad it was….tried to call after we left to talk to a manager…. Mailbox was full .. couldn’t leave a message are talk to anyone. If I could have put 0 stars for service and atmosphere I would have done zero

Was given bread with mold on it. Food and service has been increasingly worse with staff constantly on the phone while taking orders and using items that should've been thrown away. Worried someone will get sick.

Placed a online order on a Sunday before the cut off at 8:30PM. Left and made it to the store 5 minutes later. The worker had cancelled and refunded my order because he was closing and cleaning before they closed at 9PM which is ridiculous. He gave me a free sandwich but I'm still extremely frustrated. Stay open till when your supposed to and then clean. Or change Sunday hours. Or even CLOSE the online ordering. Bad customer service and experience. I will tell people I know in town.

This place is horrible. They are the slowest store and when I asked for my sandwich tosted they put it in the microwave they aren’t wearing any uniforms and don’t keep their hair up I would highly recommend avoiding this place .

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Ur better off making a sanwhich at home! Bugs EVERYWHERE!! MY SANWHICH BREAD WAS AS STALE AS IT CAN GET lol, both workers on there phone with the same gloves that they make the sanwhich with...I ALREADY CONTACTED THE FOOD AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THEM THIS MORNING... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !

The first words we heard on entering this subway was, "We have no bread," and they had to be repeated five times due to the thick middle eastern accent of the guys across the counter. They had flat bread and wraps because the bread baker machine didn't work-- no word on when bread would be available. Not another soul in this "only fast food in town" at lunchtime. It spoke volumes. Still, we ordered hungrily--even though the lettuce, cucumbers, and all the rest of the toppings looked pretty gnarly. Each one was grudgingly added to the wrap as though they all personally belonged to the incomprehensible counter guy. Communication was an issue. No, we didn't want a drink and chips--after four tries at that question. The last insult was the price of $11.95 for each (less than footlong) wraps. We'd previously gone over the menu board for prices, to no avail. Finally, another gripe: like so many other businesses--including fast food--there's a place on the receipt for a tip. For what?) And...they ended up tasting...meh (not like $12 sandwiches, which I'd never paid before at any subway) An addendum: they made us sick. Rant complete.

Dirty. 2 Employees sitting and looking at cell phones. Tables were all dirty and bathrooms disgusting. Entrance door had fingerprints all over glass.
