Once a month I would travel to Lebanon, Oregon to see my mother. She and I would go to the Apple Tree for lunch. Most of time (90%), I would order the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are light and almost cake-like with a sausage gravy that is out of this world. 5-stars.
