I tell managers every time I come in!!! the floor mat at the front door is always slipping when it’s barely wet, it’s a hazard, they ignore it! I have even seen other people slip on it on multiple occasions but it’s just a big joke. Playing with peoples safety, despicable lazy managers. And they screw up orders constantly, as you can see in my pic those eggs are OVERCOOKED. Refund requested.
Not only did Erin from this Jack in the Box answer my annoying questions, but she also upsold their cool drink machine suggesting vanilla root beer!! My order was correct and the food was fresh at 1231am. Slam dunk.
