Dirty dining area. We were the only ones there, with minimal drive through traffic, yet waited over 20 minutes to be told they needed more time for cooking fries. Not fast food at all.
A couple weekends ago they were busy and had a line, clearly understaffed. My husband had put in a mobile order that I was to pick up at the same time I was to order my food at the speaker because what I wanted wasn't on the app but is on their menu. When I finally got to order, I was unapologetically denied my speaker order because they were busy. I wouldn't have even been had he not already ordered.
