J&C Barbecue & Grill serves excellent barbecue and provides excellent service. The food is amazing, delicious, and great. Meals like the pulled pork sandwich, ribs, brisket, and Texas Twinkies are frequently praised. The ribs are massive and fall off the bone, the brisket has a good smoke ring, and the pork is juicy. Sides include the best mac and cheese, delicious baked beans, coleslaw, hush puppies, and fried okra. Their homemade BBQ sauce and desserts are also fantastic. The vibe inside is relaxing and very relaxed, with a laid-back atmosphere. The staff is always super friendly, kind, happy, and service is quick. It is a regular spot for many, and customers definitely plan to return to try more of the menu. Sometimes the wait for food takes a little time, but it is well worth it.
