My brother and his friends tried to order some food from the drive through by walk up. And was refused service. They then had another friend with a car try to order for them and the manager came out and yelled at them for trying to order again. Saying, "we dont take walk up orders" even though this time they were in a car. She then said they were banned from returning. For what???? They did NOTHING wrong! Rachel is the name of the manager. And because of her, me, my family will not be returning. And I will do my best to spread the word to anyone I know that goes there. Rachel needs to be fired. No friendly service with her running the place.

I wish i did take pictures. We are on vacation from moses lake. I got sick and im sure it was from the food. The gravy was burnt in my chicken strip basket, seems as thpugh they cant hear correctly through the speaker and they jusy overall are a little rude.

The manager was extremely rude. minutes away from closing time, he started complaining that there were still people in the lobby and that we needed to leave so they could clean the lobby. Overall, it was not a fun experience. (The ice cream was good, tho)

The crew was so nice. Such hard workers. The best chicken Tenders ever gotten from a DQ. Restaurant was clean inside. Drive thru was extremely busy but the crew works well to move the line as quickly as they can.

Updared Febraury 17, 2024:Went through the drive thru today and ordered my wife a butter finger blizzard. We opened it up after leaving, it was previously made and frozen. Spoon would not come out. It was disgusting. Went inside had them make a new one. However no real acknowledgement of what or why this happened. So sad, only DQ around.Its Dairy Queen. Decent, but not amazing.

I usually have a good experience and I enjoy thier food for the most part but I just went in and they could not hear me over and over and over again so I just say Nevermind and order the rest of my food at the window then they rang me up for the wrong food I guess and had to cancel it and charge me for the correct amount while I ask why no one explains to me and the manager was arguing with me (she was probaly 16-17) and she ask me what I want out of this and I said nothing but I couldn’t even get a simple apology or explanation on why my order was wrong. I told the manager that her and her whole team should learn some customer service as Somone who has won competitions for customer service and worked in fine dining for years this is so sad to see I never expected good service from a fast food place anyways but not even a simple apology and arguing with me? Not okay.

Rude employees, filthiest restaurant I've ever seen. Especially the outside. Walls, windows/window sills, ceilings, are all disgusting! Covered in dirt/grime, spiders and cobwebs, clearly NEVER been cleaned. Two outdoor restrooms but both are somehow ALWAYS "out of order," more like they are too lazy to clean them. Or they are not allowing paying customers to use them based personal judgemental rudeness.Foods okay.

I asked for a Reeses blizzard with extra Reeses. Didn’t get it. Paid seven dollars for a medium blizzard. Cheaper to make it myself.
