we went to dairy queen for lunch and there was hair in the food. they said it could be remade. but gross. no thank you and offered no refund or any other options. except remade or leave. they even offered to call police on us when we asked for a manager or corporate number. she said I can look it up online. they were just rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend them at all.
I stood at the walk up window for 15 minutes with my children. Not a single worker came to the window to even say we will be with you shortly. I watched car after car drive into the drive thru and be helped, still no one acknowledged me. I started calling to get their attention and they refused to answer. When they did finally come over, the worker told me they were not doing window orders even though the sign said open and was during posted window hours, then slammed the window...read full review
