When we arrived we had a room on the floor. We were given this room because my husband has a walker. But the room's balcony had no cover or protection. I asked Debra at the front desk if there was a room available with a protected deck. She got us this wonderful room on the 2nd floor. It made all the difference in our trip. She even got us help moving our stuff to the new room. Thank you Debra for your help. It made all the difference in our our trip. Carol Smith
