Another great Mom and Pop in LC.

DO NOT GO! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

It took 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

When our food finally arrived, my younger son’s chicken nuggets were extremely greasy and even tasted like fish. His fries were cold. My older son ordered a BBQ burger, which came out ice cold and didn’t even include the curly fries we had ordered.

We sent the burger back, and what had taken 30 minutes the first time suddenly came back in about five minutes. It honestly looked like it had just been microwaved. My son put BBQ sauce on it, took one bite, and almost threw up. The BBQ sauce tasted awful, and the burger itself had the texture and taste of cardboard.

I asked one of the waitresses to please remove the two meals from our bill since they were inedible. Instead of simply helping, she argued with me. After finally getting the bill, I noticed I had been charged an extra $1.50 for curly fries, even though no one told us there would be an upcharge when we ordered them.

I politely asked for the $1.50 to be removed since we weren’t informed of the extra charge. Again, I was met with an argument. I also questioned being charged $3.50 for two sodas because my younger child was given an adult-sized drink without anyone asking what size we wanted. The waitress insisted I never requested a child’s drink, but she never asked what size we wanted in the first place.

Between the poor food quality, the long wait, the hidden upcharges, and the argumentative customer service, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

Update (the next day): After eating the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, I’ve been feeling sick to my stomach. That only confirms how disappointed I am with this experience.

Please save yourself the frustration and avoid this restaurant. If you do decide to go, make sure you carefully check your bill before paying because you may be charged for items or upgrades that were never explained.

They were able to accommodate my dairy allergy and I had an omelette, hash browns, bacon, and toast! The inside could use some updating, an it took 1hr to get our food. We are planning on coming back! Great, friendly service.

Our server was very nice, the cooks were wrong on 3 of the 4 orders. Food was okay nothing to say yes, I'll be back.
The other server was rude. Glad she was not ours.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I'd come home. Super friendly server Lisa took excellent care of me. From my salad to the amazing fresh baked bread, to my entree (I started eating the asparagus before I took the photo, oops) everything was well prepared and delicious! I'll be back again!

First when ordering to go the service was awesome in that process. The food quality and quantity is great for the price.
And when I came back for breakfast the next morning everything was great. Will recommend and definitely stop by again im in lincoln city

We stopped here on the first day of our vacation staff is friendly and the food is amazing. Definitely recommend the chicken Alfredo and clam chowder. Kids loved the chicken nuggets the 5 year old said they were better then McDonald's!!
