I love smoked salmon and we have challenged one and other over the years to learn how to make the best! Just when you think you have it down you run into this guy.... Mr. Bill's Smokehouse. It can't be beat! It just cant, Lol. Try as we might his products are Legendary! Literally every product I've tried, I've bought more than once :)

We really wanted to get some beef jerky and found this place on google. The person who helped us offered to cut our jerky into bite-sized pieces which we really appreciated. The jerky was delicious!

The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, making it a great spot to visit. Customers praise the friendly staff and the high-quality smoked foods, such as Teriyaki Alder Smoked King Salmon and Oyster sticks, which are perfectly moist and flavorful. While it may not have the best smoked fish on the Oregon Coast, it’s a nice alternative to Barnacle Bills in Lincoln City and is highly recommended for its delicious jerky and friendly service.
