We really wanted to enjoy this café, but our experience here really wasn’t great…especially when it came down to the food. I ordered chicken-fried steak with two eggs, potatoes, and toast. It cost $18. I am not a picky eater by any means, but I truly felt ripped-off because of how disappointed I was with my meal...I didn’t enjoy anything about it with the exception of the eggs. My toast was overdone, the potatoes had no seasoning/were soggy, my gravy tasted like flour, and the “steak” itself was bland and tasted almost rancid. I couldn’t taste any seasoning in any of my food. Some of the others in my party were also let down, though we ALL agreed that the beignets were delicious. Overall, this café was a huge let-down considering the great reviews and the extremely high-price point. It’s a cute café, but I don’t think that we will be back.

My husband was in 7th heaven eating here! Delicious! They were so accommodating and helpful. Super service, delicious food, small time charm! I can't eat out due to severe celiac but they really took care of my husband and I went and walked on nearby beautiful beach while he enjoyed great food!!! Thank you for taking care of my husband !Parking: Free street parking. Parking lots on side streets to North, also to South.

Very cute little breakfast/brunch spot in the coast. We had a large group of 8 people for a bachelorette party and they were able to seat us quickly. The service was amazing and swift. Food was also very delicious! We all left with our stomachs full and happy. Will for sure be stopping by whenever I'm back in town.

This was an amazing little cafe! The service was wonderful, even for our larger party of 8. Our server had a heart of gold and we will be forever thankful to her for helping us end my bachelorette party on such a magical note

This is an old building but it's very quaint and warm inside. Sheri was our sever and she has such a warm, pleasant demeanor. We had breakfast and it was fantastic! Definitely recommend the beignets. Give it a try!

Coastal vacation up the Oregon coast, stopped here on our way out of Lincoln City due to the review rating. Charming little house cafe with outside seating. Excellent service, great food! Omelet was drenched in butter (tasty but a tad greasy). The Tsunami bowl was delicious!! Definitely would recommend and return here.

The almond and corn flake French toast was delicious!! Fluffy and flavorful with a little crunch. The staff was fast and friendly. I'm definitely coming back to try other dishes here.

The hollandaise sauce was not quite there, I found egg shells in my poached eggs, there were tomatoes added when it wasn’t listed on the menu and the eggs were over cooked a bit, the server did not bring the to go order out to me so it sat cooling for awhile. They were very busy in their defense. Still, I would not order EB’s from them again. Their other stuff looks like it would be delicious.

I had the best Huevos Rancheros of my life here! Fresh ingredients, well balanced, eggs done to perfection. It was a sunny summer day, and I was able to enjoy the meal on the back porch, with my dog. The waitress couldn't have been nicer, and was very sweet to my dog as well. Nelscott Breakfast House is a coastal gem!

SODA IS $4 with NO REFILLS…!!Went for breakfast here today. No wait, so that was alright. Ordered crab Bennie which didn’t have much crab and was $22. (Which if it’s done right, I’ll pay that)Hot Cocoa was $6 (ok tasting but overpriced)The most disappointing part was the $4 soda which did not include a refill so we paid $8 for a coke.Waitress was not pleasant and seemed bothered to do her job.For $54 dollar breakfast I just expected more.Would not come back
