Excellent vegan pho option and other vegan options. Don’t miss the fresh rolls, there’s something especially delicious about them.
I love that this opened up in Lincoln City. It is a great Vietnamese restaurant with delicious pho, ban mi, salad rolls and more. Even though it is in a strip mall next to the Safeway, they've managed to create a nice atmosphere with large photos of Vietnam and bamboo hats hanging from the ceiling. The portions are large, prices reasonable, and staff is always nice.

Pho Lincoln is a great Vietnamese restaurant in Lincoln City, located in a strip mall next to Safeway. It has a nice atmosphere with large photos of Vietnam and bamboo hats hanging from the ceiling. The portions are large and prices reasonable. The staff is always nice, friendly, and clean. The pho broth is delicious, rich, and consistent, with all the right notes. The pho is served fast with plenty of meat and toppings. The ban mi, salad rolls, pork and shrimp spring wraps, eggrolls, bánh xèo, and stew are also delicious. The stew is savory, and the baguette is crunchy and warm outside, soft in the middle. The vegetarian pho with beef broth has the best beef broth. The dining area is clean and welcoming. It is a must-try in Lincoln City, worth stopping in for delicious Vietnamese comfort food.
