Every time I give this location another shot they fail. Today on my lunch break, I got 2 footlongs and they were the worst subways I’ve ever had. My mom and I have been getting the same sandwiches since she was pregnant with me. Just awful though, all mustard and mayonnaise. And then I came back to find out they don’t do refunds. The ladies are very nice, but this place has been a mess since it was put in and needs to be closed down. $25 down the drain, time wasted, and I’m still hungry.

The employee here was so friendly and let us know that she was only accepting debit cards and she wad out of alot items. I was dieing to try the foot long pretzel but she did not have it. I was super disappointed. I asked about turning on the fireplace and she informed me that it didn't work. I was so cold from walking on the beach and would have appreciated being able to sit and eat my lunch next to the fireplace. It was a bit cold in the building so I ate my meatball sub quickly. The food was good and my husband left walking back to Les Schwabs to get my car.

At 2:15 on Wednesday February 21 2024,My friends and I went to get food the man working the counter waited for my friends to leave before he continued to talk bad about them. He said that my friend (female) had a too complicated order. That my other friend (male) was obnoxious. He had told me it was obvious that they didn’t grow up with manners and without discipline. My friends were using their manners and they were quietly joking between themselves. Then he proceeded to say to me that there is always one calm friend and one psycho. I found this incredibly rude, disrespectful, and honestly made me uncomfortable.

It has been three years since I've been here, even though I live in town. And I can't say anything has improved. I don't even feel bad for the employees anymore, sadly. Both locations are not worth the risk.

Stopped in and was turned away because the employee said he was over an hour behind on prep. He was apologetic and recommended we try the one a mile up north to be helpful, but the fact he needs to do this is annoying. I see from the reviews this place has had a problem for a long time now and can't take 5 minutes to make two people sandwiches because there are some mobile orders and staffs one employee at a time who can't handle the load. The hiring sign is pretty tacky even for teens. Sorry to say but it just seems like this location doesn't have standards and doesn't want to improve.

Went here once several years back (pre-covid) and they refused to add a little more olives to a veggie sandwich because "the mayor is the owner" and is super strict and apparently the employees "get in trouble" if they use too many olives? Never encountered that kind of refusal at any other subway. It was bizzare and annoying. Sorry for the super late review but I never forgot the experience and had to finally write it down. Haha those dudes probably quit long ago. Whatever.Vegetarian options: They were willing to put on way too much shredded iceberg lettuce but not much else (tiny amounts of spinach, olives, green peppers).
