The franchise's in Lincoln City do not accept cash. I also found out that management keeps part of the tips. Both of these are illegal under Oregon law. Typical for this owner and management. Planning on informing the Oregon Attorney General.
Bad timing in ordering, on line, ( order # AF0620C2-DA) at the 2185 NW Hwy 101 location. Upon my arrival the two staff members were in argument and one quit.That left one who was, in my opinion in mental despair and refused to give me a refund and for me to seek remedy by calling the corporate office. I'm not going to go into further details of my negative experience witnessed by other customers.I continued my efforts ( not a quitter) and drove to this Subways location...

The employee working was amazing! Seemed to be the only ones working at the time but was calm with how busy it was. Was super friendly and welcoming.
They had to replace the stickers (to keep paper around sandwich secured) and they actually took their gloves off, washed their hands, and re-gloved before continuing with the last sandwich of the order.
While making the sandwiches they were doing quality control...
