Honestly the service is good. The person checking us out didn't know how to use a gift card, but was able to get help fairly quickly. The atmosphere was good, the workers seemed to be in a good mood. However, the food was terrible. I wasn't even sure there was meat on the sandwich there was so little in it.

Do not get the brisket sandwich, I do not know if the pulled pork is any better but I cannot imagine it is. The flavor is okay, mid at best. If you use the sauce on it there is no more meat flavor. The heaviest thing in my bag was the sauce, the burger was the most depressing pitiful sandwich I have ever had the displeasure of spending $9 on.

Today 22th Nov I went here for food at 9:30 pm. The girl at register said our system is not working I can’t take your order but i know they all were in hurry to go home. I am truck driver. I was hungry. That’s bullshit bro. Not good

The employee had a male behind the counter, said male saw us waiting in line and didn't say anything to the Employee working and they both disappeared into the walk in for over 7 minutes, total we were there for over 15 minutes. The employee Daesha (at least that's what the receipt said her name was) had an attitude like we were an inconvenience for ordering food. They seem to have issues with people ordering there so take your business elsewhere.

As specific as it gets, and if corporate would take interest in the reviews I believe starting with manager and working on down to the last person standing… Fire them all… 10/7/24 @ 16:20… went into the lobby.. first impression… two customers in lobby.. hmmm..
Walked up to counter to place the order and saw the young kid standing at the fryer another at grill.. the kid at fryer takes a step forward out of view and ignores me standing there after he noticed… leaning against the grill Chet chatting away with his buddy working the grill… I get it that the manager can only hire irresponsible individuals.. but this is lame.. just lame.. I would finish the rest of the review but I didn’t get service so now I know I won’t plan on eating here or trying to get the urge to come back.. they had there chance and obviously the manager is just as lame as the crew he hires.. dope smoking non ethical kids that even the manager can be held for his actions… and from the looks of it and to hear what Loves employees have to say I would think something is about to get serious and either hire some that can do the job, or shut the doors and take the loss meanwhile Loves can bring in MC Donald’s or Wendy’s .. prefer Wendy’s over anything else
AND DONT EVEN TRY TO WRITE BACK AND SAY SHARE MORE INFO… think their is enough reviews to see the BS that is going on

Stopped in at Arby’s in Madras to get some roast beef sandwich’s.First drive up was closed then I went in they were out of roastbeef out of hamburgers out of wraps wow but they had chicken.No thanks asked how long before roast beef is ready they replied no idea.The lady at cash register taking orders was very very rude.I went did my shopping called after 2 hours the one lady said it would be ready in 15 minutes.I went back got same lady as before again she had no idea when it would be ready.People kept coming in and just walking out without ordering anything.Finally 2.5 hrs later I got my sandwich’s.They need to work on customer service skills.Very rude people .I will never be back.
