We always seem to have some type of problem here. It's either super slow service, 30 mins in the drive thru, or missing part of my order, kids meal was missing the hamburger. They never answer their phone so you can't even talk to a person.They need people who take pride in their work.

I’d give zero stars if it was an option they opened a half hour late and refused to serve us food off the menu saying they weren’t ready for it. Then it took over a half hour to get food from the drive thru. They need new management bad!!! Would not recommend this place to anybody who actually is hungry.
To conclude when we finally got “our food” they gave us the wrong order.

Went here 11-9-25. Gal behind the counter had a bad attitude, the burger patties are 1/3 smaller than the buns now and we hockey pucks. Had 3 rodeo burgers that didn't even have enough bbq sauce on them to coat one of the tiny onion rings. Not likely to eat here again.
Ask for rodeo burger with cheese can’t get that right

I only have 1 horrible complaint. Today I ordered my favorite chicken fries and they were so over cooked I couldn't even chew them !! It was horrible since I've come to love them . I guess next time I'll have to make sure there eat able before I leave. I waited 20 minutes in line for them.
