Don't hand me a cup of milk and then argue and insist in broken English for five minutes that it's a perfectly good milk shake, and that you're not willing to give me a refund when I tell you I want one. Milk shakes are not straight-up unfrozen liquid.

Bad customer service. Sign posted says open 6am but closed till 7am then mgr says you cannot use the bk app in drive thru only walk in customers? Makes no sense. Employees have their kids behind counter playing in food area what a mess this place is!

I usually go thru drive thru so don't know about inside but the window service is good. Sometimes I get the wrong drink or mayo when I ask for no mayo.
Drive up unusually slow, apparently large orders ahead of us. Fifteen minutes in line! Fries were too hot to eat , sandwiches Luke warm. Otherwise it's a regular stop for us.

I love BK this restaurant gave me an excellent service, at first they messed up my order so I went back to tell them they fixed me another burger in no time. All teenagers I must say, super nice and friendly
Kid-friendliness: They have an inside playground for the little ones.
Went to this location after Bend location messed up my order heading back over the mountain. They replaced it & made sure everything was fresh & fully cooked. 10 out of 10 recommend & will be back! Thanks Castro for the great customer service!!!

Google and gps maps say this location is open until 11pm. We pulled up at 10pm and the OPEN sign was lit up. Doors were locked and we were informed they were closed. Extremely disappointing considering this is the only area with food for many miles while traveling. Also the only place with a veggie option which is why we stopped here specifically. Do better.
