Waited 30+ minutes for our food and ended up driving off, just unacceptable for a FAST food place, just a bunch of highschool students who don’t know what they are doing and clearly have poor management. To add it was also 3pm so not an odd hour of the day to get food.

This place says that they're open at 6 AM Tuesday. You go through the drive through by 630. No one and I mean no 1 is there to take your order. But all the signs say that the hours for drive through are 6 Ami have an autistic daughter who only eats their food. If you're not gonna open at the right time that you post on your business, you should really change it because it's very unprofessional.

My food was ice cold and the tall young lady with the black hair working the front counter was slow as molasses so I'm going to guess that's why my food is cold whoever manages this restaurant needs to tell the people on the front they need to get a move on it this slacking and not doing their job has got to end we pay too much money for this garbage food to sit there and wait and get cold dried up hamburger meat I do not recommend this restaurant as I have been here three times and this has happened all three times slow cashier and cold food.

Burger King is not the same since Anna left. The management is rude and doesn't help the front staff much, the wait times for your orders are long and ridiculous. Customers end up walking out due to wait times and rudeness

I was going through a drive through. They made me wait at least 10 minutes before I got to talk to somebody to order. Then how did my meal ask for no onions? And they put onions, then I asked for a Coke, not a Dr. Pepper and they gave me a Dr. Pepper, then they gave me a burger with fries, but no ketchup or the lady didn't ask me or do you need any sauce with that order? So it's terrible service.

Just got home from getting my order. Realized I didn’t get the whole order at all and I’m missing some of it. Tried calling them 3 times and no one answered. Kinda sad that they want to make sure their customers are happy but can’t answer the phone.

For the love of God dont go to this place if u want your food before 30 minutes. They have half andozen people there, Even if it's just fries they take forever. This place has gone downhill so bad, What a joke!!!
