Was drawn in by the lure of$2 Tacos on a Tuesday. Friend and I got 6 Al Pastor and 6 Tri-Tip. Comes with Salsa Verda, Onion, Cilantro and Cotija. The Tri-Tip was great, juicy, tender, and chopped fine on the flat top. The Al Pastor though was FANTASTIC! Chopped fine with the same ingredients. It takes a little longer to prepare but my Guy uses a passed down family recipe and it's top notch! He is also very friendly and conversational which was a plus in my book. Kudos! Very much worth what you pay. Will most definitely be back!P.S. They aren't just a taco truck. He has Sandos, Wraps and smash burgers too!

I’m up in Madras from time to time. When I come through here, I always stop by and grab food from Carlos at Champions Trokita. Their Tri-Tip Sando on Texas toast is amazing!
