Well I must admit I go to Dairy Queen a lot but this one in madras, first off I’ve never ordered a double flamethrower and especially at over 8 bucks for just the sandwich but they said I did order a single, then we said a classic double cheeseburger and got a single and with not a single customer there but us we waited over 30 minutes for these two sandwiches, unfortunately we didn’t listen to everyone else in our small town about not going to this particular DQ, seems with a serious problem ever keeping anyone in there location as employees to help the customers maybe it’s time for DQ to evaluate exactly what is the issue with store, they have an extremely terrible reputation at our church and with all friends and family and have for years

I ordered my food I was missing gravy and said order I came back 5 minutes later than drive-thru got ignored went to the window they see me got ignored again called dairy Queen asked if they had gravy they said they were out for the night. Shitty experience could've had better courtesy

My food was horrible. Cold to the touch and wasnt enjoyable from chicken strips to the fries & bread 14$ for me to get home and throw it away

Had a blizzard and they are required to turn it upside-down down and not drip, well mine tipped in the cup holder and went everywhere. A lid would have been helpful also colder ice-cream. I'm thinking restaurant should add a liquid nitrogen quick freeze bath after adding blizzard ingredients, problem solved.

If they had something to cool the place down it would be a much better place. Who ever heard of eating ice-cream inside a place with no AC. Makes the customers miserable and the employees. Would have been better, but with temps in the upper 90s it doesn't work

On September 4 I decided to go to Dairy Queen to get a midnight milkshake when this Fiona from Shrek of a woman with a broken arm Took my order and was extremely rude to me and 3 other people. Normally I’d just let it slide mabe she just had a bad day and was tired. I’d seen someone I knew in the drive through, they were told to pull forward. Then it was my turn to pay she looks at me and says “milkshake?” With attitude then said my total. I was handed my drink then I pulled forward to talk to the people I knew and they had the same interaction with her, Fiona had brought them their food and proceeded to say that they “couldn’t park there”. I knew the person behind me and had called them on messenger and asked if they’d had the issue as well and SHOCKER THEY DID. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced this lady needs to be fired.

Like walking into a freaking sauna. Ridiculously hot. This is no way to treat your workers or customers. No attempt to cool the place. We asked the lady taking our orders how long it’s been like this, she said “2 years”. An attorney would eat this up.
This store should be shut down. The kids working in there are working in unsafe conditions, no air conditioning. I took a thermometer with me, outside it was 82 degrees inside the store it was 99. Kids faces were so red from how hot it was in there. This has been going on for well over 6 months. The owners get away with it because they claim they are working on it but they're not. osha, will be called

Horrible I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard and got just vanilla ice-cream with a couple chunks of cheesecake and it took forever wasnt even worth it
