We all love sharing a lunch date at Dairy Queen accept for the fact that everytime we go, we have to really bundle up because it is always so cold in the Madras OR. store. We were told last year that the heat was not working, and they didn't know when it may be fixed. But it has been a year and we still have to bundle up. We are now exploring other options.

The lady with purple hair that was working the window in between the hours 2:15 and 3 pm on December 18,2024 had ate out of my grandkids kids meals fries by a handful. Then threw the meals in at my daughter. Which is very unsanitary and Unprofessional for a food service worker There should be Disciplinary action. She didn't have gloves on when she ate out of my grandkids kids meals. This was taken place at the madras Oregon dairy queen drive through.

Had a very rude employee serving us tonight, 12/4 at 5:10 pm, she had dark hair, didn’t catch a name, but did not care to! We are appalled at some disrespect that comes out of people.

The drive thru may have been nice but got most of the order wrong even after repeating it. After we said ok to the order once it was right he got to the window and he missed most of our order even after repeating it. No providing of napkins and sauces and he also rushed us out when we were trying to ask questions about our order.

Hi! I ordered food tonight and I live about 20 mins out of town and I got home and opened my bag and I had the complete wrong order. I order the chicken strips basket and I got what looks to be a double cheeseburger with like extra pickles.. kinda sucks cause I work late shifts and that was my dinner. I can’t eat pickles, I’m allergic..

Absolutely abysmal experience. Was driving through, needed to grab a bite to eat. It took 5 minutes for the attendant to respond at the intercom. We ordered a flamethrower burger meal and an original cheeseburger. The burgers were disgusting. They were overcooked and crusty and the lettuce was brown. I didn't even finish half my meal because it was so gross. Needless to say, I will not be going to DQ ever again.

We stopped here on a road trip, and the service was abysmal. One of our party members ordered a bacon bbq burger and didn't tell us they had no bacon until we were about to pay, and refused to knock off the $1.50 it cost to add bacon to a burger. We ended up changing the order to a 4 piece chicken basket instead, but when we got the 4 piece basket, the pieces were so small it might as well be a 2 piece. The bathrooms were not clean and disgusting as well. This place was very unwelcoming and not ethical or consumer friendly. Will not stop here again.
