If they had something to cool the place down it would be a much better place. Who ever heard of eating ice-cream inside a place with no AC. Makes the customers miserable and the employees. Would have been better, but with temps in the upper 90s it doesn't work

On September 4 I decided to go to Dairy Queen to get a midnight milkshake when this Fiona from Shrek of a woman with a broken arm Took my order and was extremely rude to me and 3 other people. Normally I’d just let it slide mabe she just had a bad day and was tired. I’d seen someone I knew in the drive through, they were told to pull forward. Then it was my turn to pay she looks at me and says “milkshake?” With attitude then said my total. I was handed my drink then I pulled forward to talk to the people I knew and they had the same interaction with her, Fiona had brought them their food and proceeded to say that they “couldn’t park there”. I knew the person behind me and had called them on messenger and asked if they’d had the issue as well and SHOCKER THEY DID. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced this lady needs to be fired.

Like walking into a freaking sauna. Ridiculously hot. This is no way to treat your workers or customers. No attempt to cool the place. We asked the lady taking our orders how long it’s been like this, she said “2 years”. An attorney would eat this up.

This store should be shut down. The kids working in there are working in unsafe conditions, no air conditioning. I took a thermometer with me, outside it was 82 degrees inside the store it was 99. Kids faces were so red from how hot it was in there. This has been going on for well over 6 months. The owners get away with it because they claim they are working on it but they're not. osha, will be called

We use to love it here. Last few times terrible service and food is just ok. Blizzards are not blended, bottom half is just plain ice cream and the fries I got last night were cold grease soaked and not all the way cooked. Sadly we won't be back

Shocked by the quality of food here, Dairy Queen is usually dependable. I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger, but I did not get a deluxe. I also ordered onion rings, and they were straight up like lukewarm. I also did not get any sauce for it. Worst thing yet, I did not even get napkins. We had been driving 3 hours, and I would have liked some napkins, at least. I had to wipe that grease all over my clothes.

I have been to this location 4 times and each time I do, something goes wrong. Either they are completely out of advertised items, the staff is rude, or they are parking you to then give you melted ice cream.

Visit 7-22 appx 8:30 young blonde guy at counter was originally nice however there was a problem with my shake so I asked him if he could please just get me a vanilla one and thanked him. He didn’t appear upset about it however then proceeded to talk to his other younger coworker very rudely about me.. Completely unprovoked or justified. I told him I could hear him, and that it wasn’t very kind, he continued, and then shrugged his hand and scoffed and walked away, I mentioned it to the manager, teachable moments right. I was thrown back as she herself had an attitude as well. Now I see why her employee thought it was OK. Small town courtesy I suppose no more. Not at all what I expected ….
