The food is always great and so is the service. The lobby could use some more seating and maybe a salad bar or small arcade. It just seems like too large of a space for what little dine-in is there, and by offering offering more options or seating, might encouage dine-in traffic and increaded profits.

On 2/19/24 I had placed an order for some pizza at 10:50pm, and it was still opened, I put my order in and it said Joshua was preparing my pizza. Well I realized I only had a 100$ bill, so I call dominoes in madras and a man answered and said they was closed, and I proceeded to ask his name and he would not give me his name. I don’t think you should have it posted your opened if you close early, and you should let us customers know you are not gonna deliver after a certain time. I work fast food, I’ve been a GM for a restaurant before, and this guy refused service and name to me. I love are dominos in Madras. I try to not complain cause times are hard with finding loyal employees who work hard . Dominos do better. Please. ? it was 10:59 when he refused my service.

I got great pizza from this Dominos with great service in a clean warm restaurant AFTER I got to pull my daughter in law out of a driveway from her sliding off into a rock bed in the deep snow while she was delivering pizza to some ungrateful people who didn’t even mention how bad or long or deep the snow was in their driveway when they orderedLET ALONE HELP HER GET UNSTUCK or even tip her! Hey people almost everyone that works here are kids and when you order delivery and get mad and leave bad reviews cause it takes awhile for your pizza to arrive and don’t even bother to tip remember that you didn’t even want to go out in this weather. Be kind and if your driveway is treacherous then meet them at the bottom and don’t forget to say thank you! THANK YOU DOMINOES I APPRECIATE THAT YOU ARE OPEN AND DELIVERING WHEN THE WEATHER IS SO BAD

Our delivery went passed our street 3 times (tracking on the tracker) called the store and they were completely rude. It took almost an hour to get our food after it left the store.

Since Figaro's went out of business several years ago, Domino's is my go-to. Since I live outside the delivery area, the carside delivery works great!! I like being able to order, drive down & have my order placed in the back seat of my truck. The stuffed cheesy bread with bacon & jalapeños; pan crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, pepperoni, bacon & pineapple; and their marbled cookie brownie are the best!! I couldn't begin to be able to afford to order from them if they didn't have nice coupons! I still have to limit my visits, or go completely broke!
