Came in ordered before any rush came in waited for around 25 minutes nothing even went up to the front counter and asked all I was told was “we had a rush” all the while my friend got his food before me and ordered the same thing

Hell a 5 Piece Chicken dinner is $35, you can buy 8 pcs at Safeway for $8:99 and that includes cole slaw and rolls. Besides not have to eat near the Homeless people that frequent the Location. The owners of KFC and A&W must think people are stupid. You can eat a good meal at a lot of restaurants for $20 and not have to have escort by homeless people. This place is way overpriced in very backwater town.

Normally we get our Kentucky fried Chicken in Bend Oregon. Today we were visiting Madras Oregon for the weekend. I decided to go in to the Kentucky fried Chicken and I ordered the $20 double mash deal. Everything in the meal was okay except the chicken The chicken batter was not cooked correctly. When I peeled off the batter off of the crispy fried chicken the batter underneath was still raw The chicken itself was cooked which I don't understand but there was a big glob of uncooked breading in that bite. The chicken in Bend Oregon at Kentucky fried Chicken when you receive it it is a dark golden brown every time when I dined at this restaurant in Madras Oregon the chicken had a light brownish color and didn't look right. Also some of the breading was missing on some of the pieces of chicken which tells me it was not prepared right as I've been in the restaurant business most of my life. This was my second visit and my first visit was exactly the same The chicken was not cooked correctly it was well done did not find any blood or anything that would alarm me it was not cooked just the breading was very odd and you couldn't really taste the 11 herbs and spices?

They are very unfair to their employees. Even one that does not call in often or at all. They need to calm down and treat people with respect. Especially the managers.
First time ever going to a kfc that said they were out of chicken.

The original recipe chicken is Not the same that I had growing up, it's more greasy and not as flavorful either way it's cooked or ingredients have been lowered in standards. Also it's being more and more tailored price wise to middle and upper class finances the low income class is being swept under the rug.

Walked up to the register at 9:40pm to see one dude walking away from the register with drink on hand. Three employees inside- one young Hispanic male, one young female with dark hair, and one young blonde female. All three ignored me profusely, the male deliberately not looking at me when he went right by the register. Stops there ten minutes, waved and made eye contact, called out for help, ended up walking out.
Absolutely disgusted and would love to hear from management. The stray cat sitting outside afraid of me was more friendly than staff.
