The original recipe chicken is Not the same that I had growing up, it's more greasy and not as flavorful either way it's cooked or ingredients have been lowered in standards. Also it's being more and more tailored price wise to middle and upper class finances the low income class is being swept under the rug.

This is the only KFC I go to! We stop every time we are in Madras. The food is hot and always fresh and they get our order right 100%. Never keeps us waiting, even when there is a long line in the drive thru. Four paws up for having the best KFC I've been to in the last 20 years!

The food here is fine, but the service is subpar. Why order 2 hours in advance if you are not going to start until the scheduled pick up and be 15 minutes late? This is especially true when you are over staffed with an empty restaurant.
