My sister and I were on our way home to Klamath Falls from Portland and stopped in here. We shared the chicken-fried steak with gravy. It was okay, nothing to write home about. I wouldn't order it again. The gravy was way too salty so we scraped it off, it changed the taste of the meat.
Breakfast at typical Bear diner was perfection. Spinach omelet, real hashbrowns, whole wheat toast w/jam, all\n served kindly & promptly, satisfied this hungry as a bear mamma. Never had a bad meal from this excellent establishment.
Just happened to find this great restaurant about 8:30 Fri nite... they were still open and we we hungry for comfort food. What a great atmosphere and and delicious menu ! Not to be missed !
