I want McDonalds to know that their assistant manager Jillian H. is literally the most upbeat, professional, efficient and happy McDonald's staff member I have ever experienced anywhere in the USA, Australia, England or SE Asia. This young woman was so upbeat and professional at 11pm at night I was blown away by her attitude and felt compelled to write this review. She is a credit to the company and I wish her the best in her endeavours! Please look after her!

Three times in a row, they have left items out of my Doordash order. They obviously have terrible quality checks and I won't be ordering delivery. You must go in person or you won't get what you paid for. Very disappointing as this location used to have decent management.

The food is not the problem here, every employee is. Including the managers. I don’t know why they act so rude during the GREETING at the drive through. Pick someone else to be the people person and stop forcing these people with low self esteem.

Tried ordering on the app for the first time after getting a 30% off ad in my email for app curbside pickup orders. By the time I got there the screen to enter the parking # was gone and I couldn’t get it back up. They didn’t give me 30% off. I ended up having to go inside and pick it up anyway. I had to explain myself to 3 different people before I could get my order. It was cold by the time I got to my car. It was an awful experience. They didn’t give me a receipt and the app customer service required a copy of the receipt to credit the 30%, so it was an all around loss for me. I deleted the app. No sense in going through all that trouble for 2nd rate food to begin with.

Came by 2 hours after they were supposed to be open. Was greeted on drive thru speaker informing me they weren’t opening for another hour. Refused to refund for my mobile order.

So we order with the mobile app, very convenient, one order of McNuggets was left out of the order, no problem…pull around to go inside with receipt to get the item and get met with major attitude. Apparently asking for the item I paid for was not ok with them, they tell me I was only charged for the one order of McNuggets, I said yes and it’s not in the bag. Get the bag out of the car so they can see for themselves that the item was not in the bag, instead she shoves two orders of McNuggets into a bag and tosses it on the counter at me and rudely snaps at me that there are two orders in the bag, and walks off. Ok, well thanks for the unnecessary second order I really just wanted the one I paid for. How about you check your attitude and don’t be rude when it was your mistake!
Thanks for great customer service. The manager went above and beyond to get the most bang for my buck! You get a 13 on a scale of 1 to 10. Hope your folks take hints from you.

The lady asked if I was using my app, I was I gave her the code. She didn’t get it nor did she care too. Asked for no ice I got ice, asked for no apple slices in the kids mean, and got apple slices. Seriously not that hard all I ordered was a kids meal. DO BETTER! GET PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS

This McDonald's has never failed me. When every other fast food place in town often has bad food, bad prices, and bad service, I can always count on Madras McDonald's. The employees are always good to us and I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong. Almost every time we get French fries they're perfectly hot crispy and salty to the point you can eat them without sauce. This location is my favorite McDonald's. I just had a mediocre experience at a Bend location and decided I should give some love to the best one I know.

This review is purely for the amazing play place. The stairs were very doable for me 2 1/2 year-old. There was a toddler area below, that my 10 month old loved. There were also some fun obstacle things near the top by the slide, which was not too steep or anything. I just got an iced coffee, which I always loved from all McDonald’s. I have nothing bad to say, but I was in the play place the whole time. But definitely highly recommend. We were passing through, and definitely would stop by again to stretch our legs.
