If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They never have the ingredients to prepare the order how its stated in the menu and they don't bother to come out and tell you. I asked about it when my food was brought to the table. Then they came out and said oh we don't have to make it that way, I said you should have told me before you made it, then the order wasn't even complete no sour cream as stated and no slice of avocado, which oh they were also out of. My husband order was completely wrong also and was told they no longer make it that way, they should tell customers or change their menu. The young girl who takes your order doesn't know anything when you ask her questions. Would not offer a discount or apalogy. Will never go back. Owner is a disgrace to other honest business owner.

After a long day of riding 9+ hrs and stopping a Madras OR for my halfway point,I found a real gem of a restaurant, MI CASA. I have never gotten a plate that was loaded and fresh ingredients that full of flavor. The workers are very good and take great care of their customers.I will be returning there my next time through Madras.

When we came in we were greeted & seated. We place our order got our waters & waited. The waiter returned with our food but never came back out. We had to get out own napkins behind the counter along with more water. We stoodans waited at the counter to pay for 8 minutes before someone finally came out. When we got there no other customers were there...We can guess why that is. Spend $44.00 for three of us. We won't be back ☹️
The food was amazing, but the service was horrifically slow. This is the only place I can have been to that actually charges full price on drink refills (without saying anything).

The food is amazing. It was busy and the manager made sure we were taken care of. You can tell they take pride in their food and everything we had was cooked to perfection. We love queso fundido, molcajete, homemade tortillas, and great salsa. This by far was one of the better places we have had for all of those!! We also tried the carne asada fries and they were amazing. The meats were generously portioned, tender, flavorful and it was all just fabulous. Highly recommend! Price was reasonable, especially with a beverage.

I had high hopes for Mi Casa Restaurant, but my experience left much to be desired. The ambiance feels outdated, and the lack of music or a TV made the long wait feel even longer and more tedious. I ordered the chicken tacos, but after the wait, I was disappointed to find them cold and dry. It's a shame because I really wanted to enjoy my meal. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
