Adobada tacos are my go-to here, ridiculously great, and generously portioned, but everything else is delicious, too. Posada and Great Earth are not to be missed if you pass through Madras.
Normally the food is amazing but my last time there it was just ok. Mediocre. Which makes me get sad. It was my go-to for mexican food because it was so good. It won't be anymore. I will eat there again sometime and hope I can put the food back to a 5 star.
I could eat here probably every day. Their lil bar of salsas and carrots it’s always stocked and SO BOMB! When I was pregnant last year I came here from prineville every two weeks for the rolled tacos w guac and pico. Everything I’ve tried is delicious and the tacos are bigger than you’d expect.
