After walking from our hotel for dinner after a long day of softball tournament with a 2yr old in tow we tried to push the red button at several stalls with no one assisting spoke to others who were trying to order and had been for about 10mins or more before we started. I tapped on the door to find out if their stalls were broken. A lady advised they were short staffed and only running the drive thru I said oh you might put up a note or something she spun around and with top notch attitude stated “I just told you we are short staffed” I was shocked and left.. unfortunately the group I was with really wanted sonic so after walking back to our hotel we all piled into the van and drove back. Let the guy at the window know he was super polite and appreciated him. Even after he had handed us the wrong drink and had to get it fixed he was super nice and apologized. We thanked him and stated the lady behind him had a terrible attitude. After getting to the hotel realized we didn’t receive something so we had to go back. When I knocked on the door to ask for the lost item the same lady answered and it started a whole sh*tstorm of attitude and lies and she practically refused to go get what we had paid for so we could leave. When I asked her to please go get it so we could leave she gave more attitude and asked if I was trying to do her job. Like no lady I just want to leave. I asked for the manager and she advised she was the manager … that’s scary because she has terrible customer service and know how. After she finally turned to get/make the blast I went to the window to watch to make sure she didn’t do anything bad to it. Where she promptly grabbed an already made and melted Reese’s blast that I assume had been sitting there since we initially went thru the drive thru. The two guys working seemed great and had good customer service from what I could tell… the lady not so much. I would avoid this location!

We did an online order because we were on the road. We ordered light ice in all of our beverages and all the drinks ended up being 2/3rds ice, they forgot part of our order, and they took a long time to get our order out, so why bother ordering ahead. The one redeeming grace was that the guy bringing out our food was very pleasant.

About 630 p they were super busy .. i ordered online and park in a stall .. took a while then the screen said my food was here .. it was not . I pushed the talk button. The voice that came was in a apologetic tone he said , "im sorry about the wait but we're short staffed and really busy .. i said no worries i was just checking to make sure you got my order. It was 25 min wait from when i checked it till i got my food . But the staff was polite, my order was correct, and my food was hot . Iv been by on less busy days , it seems to be under new management. The kids working look happier .. and the food is better ..

First of all there public restroom was UNBELIEVABLE. It looked like it has never been cleaned before. And we were in the drive through for 30 minutes before even getting our order taken. We also got several of our items wrong or missed and paid over $30. We were not impressed.

I tried the rainbow slush which is advertised as blue raspberry, some strawberry, a little lemon and something else. I requested nerds. I understand I arrived close to closing (that is all the more reason to make the drink correctly. They delivered it right at 10 pm and it was awful. So much lemonade and strawberries. No nerds. I requested a remake at the window and they handed me a cup of nerds and that’s all.

Ordered a large chili cheese fry, While waiting I watched an employee washing down the area where checkout lady stands...with a garden hose and sprayer... Then I get my fries in a big bag, take them home, there is a long box with 7 plastic fork bites....I have pictures... Wow....plain ol theft

I love Sonic and the food here was good, however, the atmosphere was strange and a little sticky lol and the service did not improve on that at all, but the food was good so 4 stars!

Went to the madras sonic to get some comfort food (fires have been stressful) and found a note on a napkin in the bag (see photo) best timing ever.

Drive thru, a little busy, 3 items were not included, drink was wrong no sauces/condiments. Hamburger bun smelled off, nothing on it, bun-meat- Cheese-bun. Not what we ordered for almost $50 (total order) we expected more. Needless to say we will have to find a new burger place, highly disappointed.
